Steel coils load insert for type SSy 45 heavy duty flatcar
High quality realistic load inserts for heavy duty flatcars are made entirely of metal. The base framework is made of 0.3 mm nickel silver with many intricate half-etched details, assembled using PCB hot air soldering technology and airbrushed with lacquer paint. Coils are made of real 0.1 mm thick stainless steel wounded into reels and fixed with thin nickel silver ties; they are also airbrushed with iron dye and underwent special treatment to receive natural brushed texture
The load insert features black plastic plates on both sides with prototypical micro printing. Product comes in a special cardboard box for additional safety.

Installation:
1. Drill the hole in the surface of your layout using 0.8 mm drill bit.
2. Carefully cut out the traffic sign from the frame.
3. Wet the lower end of the delineator post with small drop of glue and insert it into the hole in the layout. Adjust the height of the post according to usage scenario using suppled gauge and wait until the glue dries completely.
Information: The height of the delineator post must be 5 mm when installed standalone and 6 mm when installed behind the traffic barrier (Art. No. Zmodell ZM-MS-031).
Pay attention to the markings on the delineator posts: vertical dash must be installed on the right roadside, while two dots - on the left one.
Important: It is recommended to use lasercut glue (for example, Faller® Expert Lasercut Art. No. 170494); don't use glues for plastic as they may damage the lacquer coating.
