Beschreibung:
Die Waggons der Gattung Bromberg waren die einzigen gedeckten Güterwagen der Deutschen Reichsbahn für schwere Lasten. Ab 1944 konnten bis zum Kriegsende lediglich 77 Einheiten gebaut werden. Durch seine ausreichend dimensionierte Ladefläche wurde er sehr gut bei den Kunden angenommen. Die Deutsche Bundesbahn verzichtete nach dem Krieg zunächst auf eine Weiterbeschaffung 4-achsiger gedeckter Güterwagen und entwickelte das Konzept der großräumigen 2-achsigen gedeckten Güterwagen weiter. Die übernommenen Wagen erhielten die Bezeichnung GGths 43 und wurden bei Einführung der EDV in Hacrs-v 340 umgezeichnet. In den 70-er Jahren des vorherigen Jahrhunderts erfolgte die Ausmusterung der letzten Wagen.

Das Energiespeichermodul ZM-ESM-01 enthält einen Induktor, der Kompatibilität mit asymmetrischen Bremsabschnitten bietet und dabei hilft, potenzielle Probleme im Programmiermodus bei bestimmten Systemen zu beseitigen.
